| Board Member Bio Anne Brannon, Vice-President |
| Anne Brannon currently serves as the ERISA attorney for The Pension Specialists, Ltd. She has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of retirement and benefit plan consulting. Her previous experience includes employment as vice-president at a local bank, corporate benefits manager at a regional hospital, and as Senior Consultant with a big ten accounting firm. Brannon has a law degree from Tulane Law School, and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, where she received her B.A. She also holds an L.L.M. degree, a Masters of Law in Taxation from DePaul University in Chicago. She also teaches CEBS classes as an Adjunct Instructor at Rock Valley College. Her current work with The Pension Specialists, Ltd. includes ERISA and plan design consulting for 900 plans administered by The Pension Specialists, Ltd. She has been with EBANI since 1973, and has previously served as a Board member. She currently serves on the Janet Wattles Foundation Board, and has previously served on the Illinois State University Foundation Board, and as a consultant to the Finance Committee of Womanspace. She was a Board member of the Winnebago County Bar Association for 2002-2005. |
